Job Description

Transaction Processing:

1. Approve loan blocked deposits deals in BanksOnLine (BOL) System

2. Process Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC)

3. Process EOS orders

4. Process cross-site deals

5. Approve ASAP - release of collateral

6. Review ASAP - receipt of collateral

7. Review process receipt of collateral into STB2 - consults/MLHA...etc

8. Annual Fee Collection

9. Process manual PC Payout

10. Support FA/CA Service Inquiries regarding Loans, Blocked Deposits, Letters of Credit, CFX)

Portfolio Management:

1. Follow-up with FAs/CSOs to resolve on credit violations on proposed loan/deposit drawdown/repayment and securities transfers.

Responsibilities

Exception Reports: Review of the following reports:

1. 1031 Recon Unmatched Report (FW/STB2/Non-date/Cash)

2. Collateral Account Daily 1028 Trades, Securities Undelivered/Unreleased Report Security Maturing Report, Transactions Starting/Maturing Report, Cross-site Reconciliation Report Fees Due Report

Documentation Control Checks and CPR Tracking:

1. Review of credit documentation for the following:-

a. New credit facility application

b. Amendments (INCREASE FACILITY / DECREASE FACILITY / INTRODUCTION OF NEW INDEMNIFIER / INTRODUCTION OF ADDITIONAL INDEMNIFIER / REMOVAL OF INDEMNIFIER / CHANGE FROM SINGLE TO JOINT NAMES)

c. Change in pricing

d. Cancellation of credit facility

2. Ensure completeness of credit documentation

3. To follow-up closely till resolution for any outstanding matters that relates to documentation from FAs/CSOs.

4. Issuance of standard credit facility acceptance letter (CFL)

5. Ensure all CPRs are properly logged with London - CPR Tracking System. Ensure all signed CFL are properly scanned in Optika.

· Able to analyze/review the client's portfolio for any credit violations

· Display high level of accuracy

· Must be meticulous
