Treasury Trade Control
Responsibilities
Treasury Trade Support
- Trader Support - Trade entry, Trade revisions Trade Reconciliations.
- Resolving Trade discrepancies with Counterparties; Traders Confirmations Team.
- Static Data Set ups - New Curves for New Products; Books; Strategies Calendar Validation.
- Investigate and resolve trade position breaks
- Liaise with credit, legal, on boarding teams and static data teams to ensure no unauthorized trades are allowed
- Monitor Trade Life Cycle events - Option Exercise / Expiry.
- Actively liaise with support partners viz. Settlements, Confirmations, Credit, Legal, IT, Compliance, and Accounting teams to resolve issues provide solution.
- Participate in new product reviews, global projects and UAT
- Actively contribute in rolling out new business initiatives and projects
- Working closely with FO in adding value
Requirements
- University graduate or above.
- Knowledge of the following products types: Structured Notes and derivatives
- Able to manage multiple tasks/priorities/projects
- Ability to work under pressure, working to deadlines and dealing with high volumes
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Dynamic personality with experience in initiating and handling change
- Work experience in Structured Notes Trade Control with working knowledge of front-to-back workflows will be an added advantage.
