Responsibilities
· Administer vendor management program
· Vendor Risk Management (financial, info security, business continuity, sub contracting, etc)
· Performance Management as contract SLA non-compliance issues arise
· Communicate Escalate vendor status, performance issues, risk mitigation plans, etc. to LOB stakeholders (execs and staff) and business support partners (Finance, Audit, Legal, Enterprise Information Management etc) in Asia and US.
· Contribute to the expansion of the vendor management program in Asia through policy and procedure adherence across the vendor population.
Requirements
Required Skills
· Excellent communication skills and partnership development skills are required for candidate to be successful
· Vendor management experience (Scorecards, Business Continuity, Financial Assessments, Contract mgmt , 3rd party negotiations ,Service Level Agreement administration)
· Excellent written and verbal English language skills
· Analytical skills utilizing Excel
· Presentation skills utilizing Power Point

· Green Belt Six Sigma Certification or equivalent
