Job Description
Financial Market Operations Client Coverage (FMOCC) is a customer facing team under Financial Market Operations Hong Kong, providing dedicated customer service and operations solution on a post-trade support function to non-Bank customers in related to Financial Market Products
Key Roles Responsibilities
- Work with client/internal stakeholders and ensure post-trade support on confirmation/matching, settlement, reporting and customer data in related to operations
- Deliver a 'best in class' client service in attending daily client enquiries, complaints and feedback. Client coverage mainly Hong Kong, China and Taiwan
- Act as a liaison between client and internal stakeholders. Partner with the Front office Sales teams, Relationship Manager, backoffice operations teams to ensure customer solution and service level
- Perform control functions over hubbed activities and processing of local in-country settlements. Discuss, maintain and monitor hubbed activities and service level
- Local initiatives on operations process in related to new product/market initiatives, operations risk compliance
Qualifications Skills
- University graduated
- Customer service focus, excellent communication, people skill and team player. Cross culture awareness is an advantage
- Operations/customer service experience in banking or investment business or related servicing industry
- Knowledge of treasury products, functions and operations flow, especially on Derivatives and commodity
- Fluent in local language, English and Mandarin (Chinese), including read and write
- May need to work on public holiday
