About the Job
Baker Hughes is currently seeking an experienced Offshore Field Supervisor – Fluids Environmental Services to work offshore based out of our Broussard Louisiana location.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Supervises Fluids Environmental Services (FES) mobilization, operation and demobilization of FES equipment (i.e., dryers, centrifuges, vacuums, screw conveyors, pumps, etc).
Troubleshoots equipment, prepares daily reporting, performs on the job maintenance, and orders equipment and supplies.
Supervises Field Service Operators during service delivery.
May contribute to the training and/or mentoring of employees.
Attends all required safety meetings and conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Handles special projects, as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
3 years of industry experience required.
Oil gas knowledge, especially in FES or Field Environmental Services.
Must have offshore application experience.
Proficient computer navigation skills.
Extensive knowledge of the oil and gas industry and product line.
Expert mechanical aptitude.
Demonstrated ability to work well and communicate well with others.
Preferred Qualifications
TWIC card holder a plus
