Offshore Investments
We are currently looking for client advisors in the field of offshore investments. We need at least 2 years experience in offshore investments and a strong customer service ethic.
Key Job Responsibilities include;
- Offer innovative solutions to client queries taking decisive and timely action where necessary, even in high pressure situations.
- Follow established workflows and procedures ensuring that all queries that fall outside remit are escalated to the relevant support teams correctly using the appropriate channels and methods of communication.
- Ensure accurate recording of all client cases, follow up and closure in accordance with established Service Level Agreements
- Proactively manage escalation issues within the timescales provided to meet exceed service levels provided to the client.
Key Requirements;
- At least 2 years experience in offshore investments
- Strong customer service ethic
- Strong knowledge of offshore investments
- Previous leadership role is an advantage but not essential
- CIP is an advantage but not essential
