Offshore Transition Project Manager – Banking – Sydney CBD recruitment
Our client is moving a number of back-office administrative processes offshore and as such is looking for a Project Manager with prior experience leading people, processes and technology off-shoring programmes. To be a success in this role you will have a good blend of the following skills and experience:
- Experienced Project Manager able to point to multiple successful business and IT projects
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills; can manage diverse business and technology relationships
- Successful Transition Management; having managed at least one successful off-shoring exercise
- An advocate of change management practices, able to work with a Change Manager on an equal footing
- Financial services experience, whether banking, wealth management, insurance or funds management
This is not a Program Manager role; it is a hands-on delivery role that would suit a Project Manager with 5-10 years experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a program of work with high visibility from executive management from the local, regional and global offices.
This contract engagement has a daily rate up to $800-$1000 per day plus GST.
