The position is to ensure that Occupational Health Safety Welfare of our staff is compliant with company policies and the State and Federal governing regulations. Ensure that quality assurance procedures are followed and the documentation process is maintained. Establish and ensure that approriate staff training is carried out and programs are in place to maintain ongoing business improvement. Ensure that the company meets the certification processes required to maintain its position with clients and their various demands of Assurance. Provide ongoing reporting to the management board.
