Oil & Gas Market Reporting Analysts required recruitment
Our client is a rapidly growing independent Oil and Gas consultancy with offices in the UK and US. They provide their clients with bespoke analytical services, data, and research reports with particular speciality on offshore oil and gas. Their clients range from Investment banks and Oil Majors to Government bodies and other organisations across the industry. Working on projects with these firms that can vary in length from 1 week to a couple of months, you will have a broad exposure to the industry globally. The incumbents will join a team in an Analytical function, predominantly focusing on producing written reports and analysis of raw date. Much of your work will need to be undertaken to tight deadlines, and often presented to senior management - both internally and externally. There is also the opportunity to own business areas and reports, leading to published works and additional author bonuses.
Suitable candidates must hold a numerate degree with at least a 2:1 or first. You must demonstrate a high degree of initiative and the ability to work to your own timescales, as well as part of a team. After a short period you will be representing the company to clients and presenting research, therefore it is essential that candidates have strong communication skills and are happy to present work externally. A knowledge of the offshore oil and gas Industry is necessary, and candidate should demonstrate this through previous work experience, internships, or study.
