Oil & Gas Production Engineer Job in Denver, Colorado US
A Denver based independent exploration and production company focused on the Rocky Mountains is seeking an experienced Oil and Gas Production Engineer. (Must have a minimum of 3 years in Oil and Gas Production/Drilling to apply.)
The DJ Basin Operations team is seeking a Production Engineer with a proven track record of accomplishments to support various high-profile and emerging plays for the company. Essential Job Duties: Other duties may be assigned, as requested/required
· Prepare detailed operations plans to economically optimize field production.
· Assist engineering and field personnel to solve operating problems.
· Direct and monitor the evaluation of wells, well testing and production equipment.
· Monitor production rates and plan rework processes to economically improve production.
· Assist with development plans for oil and gas field drilling, and for product recovery and treatment.
· Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and operation of field equipment.
Requirements:
· Engineering degree required.
· 3-7 years minimum related experience.
· Demonstrated project management skills.
· Effective interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment.
