On-Boarding Specialist recruitment
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the workflow and implementation of European client-driven and Sales-driven projects, on-boardings and setups (FIX, accounts, routes, files, etc.):
Capture projects in a simplified, separate JIRA queue and provide regular status updates in order to provide visibility.
Work with Sales, Transition and directly with clients to scope projects and determine requirements for implementation.
Execute/implement projects and setups. Coordinate with European Sales and Transition Service; delegate steps to the US Subscriber Services Team as required.
Manage the workflow and implementation of European client-driven or incident-driven Service Requests (changes/additions to production FIX sessions, routes, accounts, etc.):
Enter Change Request Tickets (Client-Driven or Emergency, as required) and execute/audit changes where applicable.
Coordinate changes with, or delegate to, the US Client Service and Business Systems Teams (OpsOMS, OpsQDS, and Web/Scripting) as necessary.
Secondary Responsibility
Provide European Client Service coverage as required when Client Service resources are scarce.
Requirements: University Degree
3+ years experience in the Financial Services Industry. Knowledge of Trading Systems such as EMS and the financial markets is required.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment is essential.
