On-boarding & Support Manager recruitment
The client is a leading European bank in Singapore and is looking at hiring an On-boarding Support Manager due to the increased demand in its business. You will be joining its corporate banking technology team and work closely with the client facing team.
Responsibilities:
- To make sure the objectives of the project are well defined and meet the Business and Support Unit's needs
- To rationalize, standardize oversee client registration and related tools
- To produce and maintain on-boarding and support workflows
- To provide training on on-boarding and service maintenance activities to client-facing teams
- To structure Host-to-Host support including its interaction with existing e-banking support teams
- To implement support tools, and setup all support documentation (OLA,SLA, production hand-over guides, troubleshooting guides, etc.)
- To document DR and maintenance impact procedures and assist in actual DR or BCP exercises
- To schedule the project together with the various actors (business lines representatives, IT, local operations, transversal functions).
- To ensure IT deliverables have proper quality control through unit/integration test, UAT and proper handing over to production.
- To understand and apply Group standard methodologies and practices, especially in the area of operational risk
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of working experience and 5 in Project Management role.
- A solid background in Transaction Banking (Cash Management, Trade Services, Supply Chain), including payment types and formats, SWIFT, client reporting, clearing systems, and typical trade transactions.
- A practical understanding of a large bank's organisation and systems
- Prior experience in implementing / supporting Host-to-Host and e-banking solutions
- Experience in setting up and running support structures serving internal and external users
- Comfortable with training various support levels on new products and applications
- Familiar with on-boarding and service maintenance activities for new and existing bank customers
- Ability to gather user requirements and draft specifications for enhancements of registration and support systems
- Clear organization and ability to manage projects
- Interpersonal skills, ability to consolidate action plans and report progress status
