On Call Casual Reception/ Administration Job in Newcastle 2300, New South Wales Australia

We are seeking an individual who is keen to remain loyal to this small Government Office on a casual and on call basis and who has reception and general office administration skills.

 

This all rounder will undertake an initial week to two week training and induction period and then be available to cover roster day’s, annual leave and cover as required in full capacity of the office requirements.

 

To be considered you would have the following:

 

-Effective communication skills

-Strong customer service skills
-Reception experience
-General administration experience

-Ability to plan, organise and manage own workload and under limited supervision
-High attention to detail

-A liking of the casual needs based working hours
