PBMS is currently seeking an On Call Candidate (Commercial Legal Accounts) who is customer service oriented and career-minded; and, who is able to work in a fast paced production environment. Key responsibilities include: Fill in at multiple accounts when employees call in, are on leave or on vacation Be available on a project-needed basis for various accounts within the downtown Dallas, Texas area Hours are flexible and manager notifies you a few days in advance prior to the start of a project; or schedules you prior for pre-scheduled events Reception/Front Desk duties would be the primary function Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers on various floors as needed Cross-train in hospitality-kitchen areas and conference room setup Run copy, mail, and fax equipment in a law firm environment as needed Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Take direction from supervisor or site manager Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail Adhere to all safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned by management All interested individuals must apply online. Qualification The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications: Minimum of 6 months customer service related experience required Minimum of 6 months experience in office services, reception, hospitality or law firm related experience required Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Competency in performing multiple functional tasks Ability to meet employer's attendance policy Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills Ability to lift and/or move items up to 55 pounds or maximum allowed by current State Law with or without accommodations Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for long periods of time with or without accommodations Flexible working schedule; depending on availability and current business requirements.
