PBMS is currently seeking an On Call Customer Service/Mail/Copy/Print Associate who is customer service oriented and safety-minded. Records experience a plus . This is an On Call position and does not guarantee a minimum number of hours. Schedule will fall between 7:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities include: Fill in for employees out on scheduled and unscheduled absences (vacation, leaves, special projects, etc) Travel to multiple sites within the Los Angeles and Orange County areas Work varying shifts between 7:00am to 8:00pm based on operational needs Perform any and all duties as assigned by management to include: mail services, reprographics/print services, hospitality services, fax services, courier and messenger services Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, fast pace production environment Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines Adhere to all safety procedures Take direction from supervisor or site manager Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned PBLS provides on-the-job training and structured training classes.
