On-Campus Recruiter recruitment

The Candidate will design and spearhead the firm's next generation on-campus recruiting initiative.. In addition to leading the firm's on-campus recruiting efforts, specific responsibilities will include planning and managing recruiting events at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as building the firm's presence at top-tier academic institutions in the U.S. and abroad.

During the spring and fall on-campus seasons, significant travel will be required. This is a high-visibility position that offers the opportunity to interact with many different groups across the firm; this person will also collaborate closely with other members of the human resources recruiting and branding teams. Previous recruiting experience is preferred, with a decided preference for prior on-campus recruiting/university admissions experience 

Candidates should also be analytical problem-solvers with excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
