Kelly Services is currently seeking an experienced onsite supervisor (2+ years previous exp. as an onsite supervisor) for the Greenwood, SC area. Duties and responsibilities include: Assisting temporary staff with applications Recruiting for positions open Handling payroll for this location Communication and interaction with company's staff and managers Daily communication with Branch Manager with Kelly Responsibility for integrity and value of Kelly standards for quality of candidates Maintaining regular orientation classes for incoming employees Working on the floor to understand jobs and how they are managed Keeping and updating reports and issues with candidates as needed Understanding Kelly's systems in order to run onsite efficiently This job requires a dedicated, honest individual that will exert the necessary energy to run a smooth operation.
