£40,000-£45,000
This role is to work on site at one of the worlds leading international banks based in the city. This established bank pride themselves on their reputation and expertise.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for talent development strategies managing the full talent acquisition process. You will be providing consultative and transactional support to deliver a value added service.
Your role will be recruiting for technology operations and support functions, this is made up of 11 business areas both locally and across Europe. There is a heavy focus on relationship management. You will be responsible for the source, selection and hire of suitable candidates.
To be considered for this role you must prior experience of high volume recruitment in a financial services environment with confidence and humility in your approach to work. Prior exposure to and understanding of sourcing strategies and the management of multiple recruitment channels are essential.
