On-site Supervisor/ Operations Specialist
As an On-site Supervisor, you will support a large volume on-site account in Northern Kentucky and assist with other accounts as necessary. You will assess customer needs, obtain detailed job requirements, select, orient, and dispactch appropriate job candidates. Serves as liaison between customers and employees. Monitor worksite performance of employees and takes appropriate measures to resolved disciplinary issues. Develop and maintains partnerships with clients. Duties entail maintaining good customer relations by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, issues and ensuring consistent quality. Deliver high levels of responsiveness and exceptional customer service. Screens, interviews, administers appropriate tests, reviews test scores and employment history, verifies references and evaluates applications to determine qualifications and suitability to current and future assignments. Perform daily check-in process and verify that all hiring managers have the required headcount. Complete measurement and reporting on a weekly basis, including the analysis of KPI's. Coach and counsel temporary employees relative to attendance, productivity, and overall job performanche to meet improvement objectives. Promotes client satisfaction and continued good will by reinforcing and maintaining good customer relations as well as develop new business for Staffmark. Must to be willing to work in an office setting as well as a warehouse/production environment. Will be standing for long periods of time. Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
