Onboarding Analyst, New Accounts recruitment
Day to Day Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate the customer and internal account on-boarding processes ensuring efficient workflow and rigorous follow-up with various departments including AML, credit risk, legal, e-solutions, treasury, client services and static data within the Americas as well as EMEA and Asia as required
- In conjunction with the business line confirm account prioritizations, coordinate with the various support functions and provide continuous feedback on status of accounts
- Analyze and determine account documentation required based upon counterparty type and products traded as well as approving adequacy of account documentation and financial information received from prospective customers
- Creation and maintenance of customer information, documents and product / limit requests in various databases/systems and files including but not limited to SFG documentation dB, legal documentation dB (CARE), legal workflow tool to request negotiated agreements (LRW), risk credit application dB (LIRA), e-solutions dB for online agreements and client referential system (NCR)
- Coordination and maintenance of all commission, interest rate and split information in the Sales Portal ensuring proper management approvals are obtained and to assist with follow-up questions from accounting and static data
- Provide the front office / business line with reports and analysis of client profitability and account activity identifying low revenue accounts and inactive accounts
- Assist with the cross-selling initiatives between business lines, other SFG business lines teams and regions
- Maintain working knowledge of various internal processes including inter-company rates, parental guarantees, third party brokers, introducing brokers as well as industry events and regulations
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up to audit requests and operational risk testing / key risk indicators
- Participation in committees and meetings as required related to clients, on-boarding coordination, new activities, products and exchanges as well as the SMDA committee
- Write and maintain written policies and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required
Qualifications Include:
- Knowledge of brokerage/capital markets
- Knowledge of Fixed Income and or Equities required
- Knowledge of in-house on-boarding related tools (GMI, Phase III, SHADOW, EGUS, COGNOS)
- Proficient in common desktop applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Experience with new accounts and on-boarding
- Experience with compliance rules and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and facilitate solutions;
- Client orientation and service
- Proven organizational skills managing multiple projects/assignments and delivering results
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work under minimal supervision

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience; Series 7 or 99 required
