Onboarding and Fee Billing
The Corporate Trust arm of this global banking group is looking for a Client Onboarding analyst to join a team based in London on a 6 month contract initially, paying between £18 and £21 per hour.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Processing all account opening, closing and amendment requests
*Produce accurate and timely client billing including recording movements of all custody assets
*Reconcile on a daily basis six fee accounts including USD / EUR GBP
*Responsible for fee collection efforts and follow up activities
*Monitoring of two team inboxes and ensure quick resolution to client queries
The successful candidate is likely to have:
*Previous experience of client on-boarding.
*Strong excel skills and technical ability to pick up multiple systems
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
*A process improvement mindset
*Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and working to deadlines
