Onboarding Associate recruitment
To enable further expansion our client is currently looking for Implementation and Delivery Managers to join their Client Services Group and play key role in assisting UK and European clients implement the delivery of the platform.
Ideally you have experience in working insuccessful and dynamic organizations and experience of the Investment Management and Private Wealth world. You will have business consulting and client facing skills, along with the ability to articulate more technical propositions to clients. You will need to have back office operations experience as the projects involve the migrating on multi-billion dollar portfolios onto the platform. You will also have experience of delivering multiple projects within agreed timescales.
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation projects and interpret client workflow analysis documents and convert them into specifications for configuration.
- Provide on-going communication and evaluation of project status providing a point of contact for clients with the daily execution of the project plan.
- Support client's utilisation of the company’s platform and services.
- Strong experience dealing with commercial software products and their deployments.
- Deliver detailed product presentations and demonstrations to highly sophisticated investment professionals. (to both new and existing clients)
- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure all product, workflow and best practice questions are thoroughly addressed.
- Work closely with Product Management in communicating client feedback and provide input to product design.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience as a business analyst or implementation consultant with middle / back office systems preferably, for the Fund of Funds or Asset Management arena.
- An understanding for the workflows of fund managers and dealers for either equities, bonds, derivatives or FX.
- Familiarity with middle- and back-office processes at financial institutions, especially post-trade processing.
- Solid general investment industry knowledge essential.
- Strong knowledge in fund administration and/or trade settlement.
- Experience of multi-manager or 3rd party administration.
- Strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Equity Securities, Fixed Income Securities, Derivatives or Currency/Money Markets but a good knowledge across all asset classes is essential.
- Experience in securities trading, portfolio management, investment IT, or product management highly desirable
- Basic understanding of SQL would be very beneficial.
- Comfortable with technology and general applications
- Have excellent numeracy and oral and written communication skills
- A good numerate, scientific or engineering degree.
