Onboarding Support Executive
Onboarding Support – Recruitment Administrator – Belfast - £75 Day Rate – 6 months
Hays is pleased to be working exclusively with a global leader in financial services to recruit an onboarding support executive to their busy team based in Belfast. This role is due to last approximately 3-6 months initially but there could be potential for further work.
The Onboarding Support role will provide support to the Onboarder team by processing high volume work or providing assistance in maintaining Contractor profiles on in-systems. Responsibilities include, but not an exhaustive list:
· Learning and using in-house systems for Contractor onboarding and off-boarding.
· Accurate processing of high volumes of data inputs or data changes
· Communicate with the Onboarder team to provide updates on the progress of assigned work
· Escalate issues that affect the ability to process work quickly or accurately
· Escalate complex work or issues to Onboarding team
· Ensure complete and accurate information/ data in sourcing system including (but not restricted to) rates, start dates, end dates, expense codes, manager information, etc.
Experience Required:
· Previous experience in an administrative role where the majority of time is spent:
o working on computer based in-house systems
o updating in-house systems
· Ability and experience processing high volumes of work quickly and accurately (30 work items per hour)
· Ability and experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
· Ability and experience of learning and working on in-house systems
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Previous experience of using MS Excel and MS Outlook
· Previous Financial services/Banking experience preferred but not essential
· Available to begin work immediately
Qualifications required
A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent (to include English and Mathematics)
