The Company
My client is a world class provider of life sciences data. They are looking an experienced Product Manager with particular experience in Oncology, specifically tumour related, to work with their clients as a Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Manager from industry to move into consulting, in an exciting role which offers pan European travel, and working on blockbuster products.
The Role
· Leads overall offering strategy for the Enhanced Tumour Studies business area. Defines and implements the offering portfolio and future expansion plans. Works with the commercial teams to achieve assigned revenue, growth and profit targets.
· Works with cross-functional teams including service, sales, production and field team to implement the strategy, deliver set financial targets, and identify new growth opportunities.
· Provides leadership on methodology development, analytical approaches and insight synthesis. Develops world-class replicable proprietary methodologies to answer clients’ need.
· Presents insights and perspectives on behalf of the company to external client audiences. Translates ideas and thought leadership into tangible commercial opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
· Bachelors Degree with life science related.
· Previous 2-5 years market research experience with oncology knowledge.
· Demonstrates commercial interest in oncology market.
· Strong problem solving, analytical, project management and planning skills.
· Demonstrates strategic thinking.
· Works effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
· Able to manage complex relationships and juggle priorities.
