Account Manager (Online Display)
25-40k Basic / 15k OTE

Practise Area: Selling online display advertising (banners, skyscrapers, buttons and rich media formats) to agency and direct clients through telesales, email and face to face Contact.
Main Responsibilities:
By way of telephone calls, electronic communication and personal visits:
- To canvass and introduce new advertisers to the Internet and to service existing clients within the Sales Executive's category/area/responsibility to maximise revenue and profitability.
- To manage monitor and deliver existing campaigns to completion
- To maintain a high level of accuracy on all completed documentation (on and off-line) in line with office/company
- To achieve revenue targets, as agreed with the Online Sales Manager.
- To maintain daily and weekly call and contact targets as agreed with the Online Sales Manager.
- To deal with advertiser queries promptly according to Company Policy.
- To ensure all paperwork is received by Management and other departments according to agreed deadlines.
- To ensure the relevant benefits of advertising are sold to each client on every call.
- To ensure that leads for new business are identified regularly via competition press/websites in order to canvass all prospective clients within your area of responsibility.
- To ensure that all sales orders are properly completed, signed by the booking authority and submitted to the Online Sales Manager and other departments as required by the agreed deadlines.
- To compile comprehensive monthly reports.
- Assist and deputise for the Online Sales Manager in supporting, encouraging and monitoring Display reps' on -line sales activities.
