Rabobank, N.A. has an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Internet Customer Acquisition in our Roseville Executive Offices. The focus of this role is on building, managing and optimizing our online acquisition platforms (paid search, SEO, display, ad serving, sales funnel and call center sales processes) to positively impact sales and revenue for bank products while improving our digital customer acquisition experience.
The role includes responsibilities for defining the bank’s online acquisition strategies, plan development, strategy execution, performance measurement, and tracking and communicating the status and progress of results to key stakeholders. The role is responsible for initiating, defining, and executing acquisition strategies for all RNA businesses, with an initial focus on retail deposit and credit products.
Successful candidates will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required with minimum 8 years strategic marketing experience, to include at least 5 years managing an online acquisition function at an agency or client (business), with a strong preference for financial service experience
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple partners
- Extensive knowledge of online acquisition technologies particularly ad serving, application optimization, real time campaign optimization and campaign effectiveness measurement
- Strong experience working with ad agencies and experience with online media buying, negotiating and planning
- Strong partner relationship management, influencing, collaboration, and negotiating skills with partners and vendors
- Direct experience evaluating and reporting progress in terms of quality, financial management and performance metrics.
