Online Customer Service Agent

Our client, a leading provider of Online specialist art/antiques information, are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Agent to assist in the provision of a high level of customer support to their Online clients and Website users.

Based in a fantastic Central London location, our client are looking to recruit the right candidate due to a sustained period of growth. In order to be considered for this role, you MUST have the following:

- Experience in handling ONLINE queries from clients
- A practical understanding of Internet terminology
- Experience of handling with volume client queries (calls and emails)
- Professional, articulate telephone manner

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

- Responding to telephone/email support enquiries
- Performing pre-sale checks with live clients
- Providing a monitoring service in real time
- Escalating unresolved issues to Senior Management
- Updating customer support databases
- Handling complex queries and customer complaints

Due to the experience required in handling Online Customer Support enquiries, our client are looking to offer a very competitive £24,000 for the position. The need to fill the role is urgent so interested candidates are urged to apply at their earliest convenience.
