Creating software that enables developers to build and distribute cross-platform applications quickly and easily, our client works with the world's leading developers and publishers, including the likes of Square Enix and Electronic Arts. A superb opportunity has arisen for an Online Engagement Manager to join their team on a seven month contract.
As an Online Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for managing our client's website and driving online licence sales and leads. This will be achieved by creating and implementing effective online marketing programmes including SEO, PPC, display, social media, email and search marketing.
Ensuring the website is maintained as an industry-leading eCommerce website, you will work with the visual designer and content editors to create up-to-date designs and high-quality content that reflect current business needs.
Your other duties will include:
- Creating and executing effective digital and email marketing campaigns
- Managing all social media engagements
- Analysing marketing analytics and strategising for future campaigns
- Creating and distributing a monthly customer newsletter and staff newsletter
To be considered for this exciting role, you must have:
- Solid demonstrable experience in all aspects of digital marketing
- Experience of managing and marketing a leading ecommerce website
- Experience as a team leader
- A demonstrable track record of delivering ROI through online marketing channels
- Proven experience of generating and editing content within limited timeframes
- Experience of using social media to successfully leverage profile for a technology company
- Strong knowledge of website UX and design aesthetic
Results-driven and focused, as an Online Engagement Manager, you must be a self-starter with excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills. You must stay calm under pressure and have a great sense of humour.
