Job Description:

MegaPath is seeking a metric-driven and experienced Online Marketing Manager to join our already talented team. This is a key role in marketing and highly regarded for its impact on Sales. This individual will provide strategic, tactical, and project management support for MegaPath’s entire online presence. This position manages all activities in the areas PPC, SEM, SEO, and lead generation. Individual will also assist in on page conversion rate optimization, lead funnel and flow improvements.

The ideal candidate will be a balanced creative and analytical thinker that is driven by results. Candidate will be able to manage multiple online channels at a tactical level but also be able to step back and form a larger strategy. You will help create a stronger mobile presence, microsite strategy, and new forms of online lead generation. This role requires collaboration and work on cross-functional teams including external agencies, product, creative and development teams.

Job Requirements:

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, internet marketing, or equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in online marketing, preferably in multiple channels.

· In depth knowledge of web analytics tools and methodology

· Ability to analyze data and formulate marketing strategies

· Experience managing paid search accounts with attention to quality score, granular bid management, and tracking.

· Knowledge of HTML and how websites function which include: .htaccess files, 301 redirects, robots.txt, and sitemaps.

· Experience with content management systems and mobile a plus.

· Experience with the following, or equivalent tools: Google Analytics, Adwords, Adwords Editor, SalesForce.com, Google Webmaster Tools.

· Sense of humor and team player.
