Online Marketing Manager recruitment

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Marketing, and/or Managing Directors of AFIL business areas to define and deliver online marketing and communication strategies and campaigns.

• Responsibility for the successful delivery of agreed online marketing plan and specific tasks including;

-Group internet sites, including brand identification, development and monitoring

-Intranet site development

-Delivery of online elements of specific marketing campaigns, including direct email content, banners, tools, website structure and content

-Development of social media channels

-Key role in the development of new online tools

-Internal business education in the effective use of online as a successful business medium

• Ensure compliance of all online content in accordance with FSA regulations

• Develop Marketing team members’ awareness and proficiency in the use of online channels

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role, financial services industry is desirable

• Experience of working with multiple agencies in delivering projects

• Innovative

• Good organisational skills

• Project management experience

• Strong appreciation of design

• Brand experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communicator, both written and spoken

• Ability to motivate others to achieve goals
