Job Description: Online Marketing PR Manager
Job Summary:
To be responsible for managing all brand communications through digital and print channels, tracking online activities and actively drive sales through the website for food service and consumer retail.

Responsible for:
Web Marketing
· Managing online branding, communications (email and social media) campaigns through the company website for both food service and consumer channels
· To communicate positively and courteously with customers through Social Media and respond promptly to online customer queries
· Building the online community, attracting new customers and progressing online sales revenue
· Uploading and removing products from the website
· Weekly sales analysis for online activities
· Weekly reports on SEO activity including CTR, Conversion rates, Traffic and consumer data analysis
· Working closely with SEO providers/data analysts to ensure all activities are constantly progressing quality traffic figures and converting traffic to sales
· Generating email campaigns on a bi-weekly basis to encourage consumers back onto the website to purchase or recommend the site
· Maintenance of pricing structure online
· Uploading and promoting “Product of the Month” online
· Altering information and images on the homepage to test CTR and maintain customer interest
· Constantly add additional relevant information pages – including restaurant reviews, Christmas Gift ideas, table dressing, consumer food shows etc.
· Undertake all Web PR activities to ensure the websites and products are distributed widely online, supporting the companys product strategy
· Manage Groupon, Achica, KGB deals activities
· Ensure all promotions are planned in according to the marketing calendar
· Manage Affiliate marketing activity, ensuring that promotions and offers are varied to reward those supporting the business
· Launch competitions to encourage new visitors to the site and add to the email database
· Broaden and expand the consumer email database
· Constantly review all online activities to ensure best practice and ease of navigation
· To develop and maintain relationships to enhance all web activity
· To work together with other departments and divisions within the organization to identify any process improvements and improve standards, efficiency and profitability
Corporate PR
· Working with key publications – Good Food, Good Housekeeping, Elle Interiors, Olive etc to gain editorial and product placement
· Developing and maintaining relationships to a high standard with trade press (ie Progressive Housewares) to maximize product placement opportunities
· Generate Press Releases for new products to be distributed online, to trade press and consumer publications
· Work with consumer press and online marketers developing relevant reader competitions
· Cultivate relationships with trade organisations to gather sponsorship opportunities raising the profile throughout the wholesale trade
Qualifications/Experience:
· Proven experience and achievements in digital marketing and online PR
· Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop the brand
· Experience with brand marketing websites
· SEO experience including PPC marketing, banner advertising and campaign management systems
· An understanding of the principles of design for digital communications
· Working knowledge of Magento
· Proven history working with Affiliate Marketers
