We are currently seeking a Online Marketing Specialist to join the CompuPay family. The Online Marketing Specialist is knowledgable in online marketing strategy and implementation, including SEO, web site marketing and management, email marketing, social media, video, etc. This position is made for a high-energy individual with excellent communication and project management skills that enjoys the challenge of promoting a national brand in today’s every-changing digital environment.
Minimum responsibilities include:
- Work closely with marketing and communications manager to drive online strategy with a commitment to timelines and quality work
- Manage daily website changes and updates to accommodate SEO best practices as they change over time
- Keyword research and analysis; provide keyword guidance to content generators within the department
- Landing page testing and optimization
- Create banner ads and website graphics utilizing Adobeâ Photoshopâ
- Manage online agency relationship as well as ongoing maintenance and development projects
- Create and manage weekly and monthly reporting on key success metrics; complete regular competitive assessments
- Grow registration, database and email marketing program; experience creating and implementing email campaigns
- Create cross-channel campaigns to promote ancillary products to CompuPay payroll clients and work with business development group to create cobranded campaigns with channel partners
- Manage corporate pages within social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, You Tube, etc.
- Grow CompuPay’s presence on partner websites and across industry-related sites
- Monitor the CompuPay brand across online channels.
- Research, analyze and report on emerging online channels
- Self-motivated to expand knowledge, learn new skills and stay on top of changing trends in digital marketing
- Work with internal clients and external clients and deliver a high level of customer service at all times
