Online Merchandising Campaign Analyst

Support merchandising by planning and creating online campaigns that improve the search and shopping experience. This role will also maintain product recommendations and product reviews by product category and provide recommendations for improving the experience to eCommerce Product Managers.

This role works closely with cross-functional partners that include account managers, creative teams, brand and product management stakeholders.

# Work with category merchandiser to plan effective merchandising campaigns, leveraging onsite tactics such as home page hero spots, banner ads, category and brand landing pages, etc.
# Coordinate, create assets, and measure onsite campaigns for assigned product categories
# Ensure landing pages follow SEO standards and are up to date and accurate
# Collaborate with product mgmt, copywriters and other team members to resolve content discrepancies
# Work with eMarketing and creative partners to create consistent multi-channel campaigns
# Optimize product recommendations for assigned product categories and provide strategic input to overall product recommendation roadmap
# Maintain and optimize product reviews for assigned product categories and provide strategic input to overall product review roadmap
# Create standards and templates for product and brand landing pages, as well as banner ads
# Optimize processes for content review, creation, execution and reporting
# Recommend landing page and banner ad optimization tactics

 BA/BS preferred
 2- 5 years experience in Online Merchandising and eMarketing (email/PPC/SEO, etc)
 Experience with campaign analytics (Coremetrics preferred)
 Experience with campaign optimization methodologies
 Experience with web CMS and publishing tools (Endeca Pagebuilder)
 Proficient with HTML and web design tools
 Understanding of SEO and UX principles for landing page design
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to interact with e-marketing and business teams
 Adept at prioritization and multitasking
