Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Relationship Management, you will be responsible for the Personal Transfers and Small Business payments business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Acquire, develop and strengthen the business relationships with individual clients and channel partners
- Work with Marketing to develop acquisition strategies for both Personal Transfers and Small Business payment segments.
- Facilitate global payments by providing foreign exchange market information and rates to our individual clients
- Participate in channel partner events
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
- Tertiary education with 3-5 years of working experience
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life
- Able to work with monthly and yearly targets and excel under pressure
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and willing to learn
- Strong in numbers and able to work with percentages and commissions
- Able to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer skills, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong business acumen and strong with numbers
- Experience in the financial sector would be an advantage
