Online Product Specialist – Financial Services recruitment
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic responsibilities – identify, build and maintain online solutions, products and strategic partnerships
- Product management – develop, maintaining and monitor online products
- Membership support – develop and maintain members relationship with Zawya
• Communication - Coordinate with other departments for the development and promotion of products
Tasks:
- Contribute to the Strategy through market investigation and research through relationship building and networking
- Construct Business Case and present to required internal and external stakeholders providing through research and supporting evidence
- Coordinate planning and design of a roadmap for the required Product set
- Identify gaps in the market through analysis of Client activities and behavior as well as market trends
- Identify and solve real Client related problems in order to insure Client achieve their goals - this can be achieved either by building new solutions or by enhancing building on existing solutions
• Engage Community to collaborate and support growth of the need for these Products
• Work closely with Technology for the development and scoping of products and project coordination ensuring high quality outcome
- Network with professionals related to industry/topic of focus in order to understand their needs and engage their collaboration
- Create monthly reports for Management

Essential:
•Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience within the Financial Services industry
• Experience in the online product management field is a plus
• Good communication skills in English, in both written and oral form (Arabic is a plus)
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-national environment
• Strong computer skills, with attention to detail and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation skills ability to forge relationships with external and internal stakeholders
