Online Sales Performance Analyst/Urgent/AVP Level recruitment
A leading financial services organization is searching for an Online Sales Performance Analyst for a 12 months direct contract equivalent to AVP level role.
Campaign Set-up
- Develop strategies to drive traffic to the web
- Develop strategies to convert web traffic to Warm/Hot Leads and effectively to generate Sales.
- Define online campaign setup and end to end execution
- Manage 'Search Engine Marketing' activities and 'Online Content Management' strategy
- Manage online lead generation and leads conversion
Campaign Reporting
- Define and communicate Online Sales benchmarks and KPIs
- Manage regular ad hoc campaign analytics
- Provide insights based on campaign results for ongoing optimization
- Tracking end to end customer journey from the source of application to approvals.
- Work and collaborate with marketing, public website and New business team to track and optimise the overall online sales fulfilment process.
Campaign Optimization and Trouble Shooting
- Provide recommendations for ongoing campaign improvement
- Increase campaign effectiveness through 'Search Engine Optimization' and 'Online Path' optimization
- Provide first line technical support and escalation
Experience
- 6 years experience of working on Digital space
- Experience in using CRM, Email or Campaign Management solutions
- Experience with data analysis and segmentation and targeting strategies
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A self starter and resourceful
- Team Player and able to work in large teams
- Ability to communicate in both technical and marketing terms
- Good understanding of Windows applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word
- Be commercially aware
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
