Primary Job Responsibilities The Online Self Service Director will be responsible for managing the operations and self service capabilities of PayPal?s online self service channel to ensure a positive, customer oriented and shareholder valued experience for all users of PayPal. This position will rely heavily on leveraged relationships with the Business Units and the Product teams to ensure understanding and agreement occurs regarding self service initiatives. He or she will manage and participate in the development and implementation of improvement ideas and prepare financial and operational analysis and reports on self service metrics. There will be a close tie between all the self service channels as well as the business units. Additionally, this leader will be responsible for effectively managing our online self service vendors and their performance.
