This is a seasonal customer facing position providing technical support to an online tax software company's customers. This position will help customers who are working on their tax return with both product/software inquiries, as well as with tax software questions and calculations. Agents will apply defined practices, procedures and company policies to triage, troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex problems exercising good judgment. Agents will interact with customers via phone, email and chat utilizing strong written and verbal skills as well as deep customer empathy.

The ideal candidate will possess:
•HS Diploma or Equivalent (2+ years of college preferred with focus on Accounting, Business or Finance)
•6 months + Customer Service Experience
•Desktop and/or online tax software experience preferred
•Accounting experience, including knowledge of tax information, tax forms and schedules preferred
•Computer Proficiency
•Ability to Multi-task
•Ability to remain unflustered in a high volume inbound contact center environment
•Problem Solving Skills
•Organizational Skills
•People Skills
•Communications Skills, both written and oral
