Online Trading Platform Support recruitment

Reporting to the Head of Technical Support in our client’s Head Office, your responsibilities will include providing support on all IT processes and educating clients using the online trading platform. You will also be responsible for maintenance of the online trading platform.

To be considered for this role, you must have

A proven track record in:

• Providing support for web-applications (ASP.NET, MS BizTalk, MS SQL) within a large financial organization

•  Recognising errors and responding appropriately in a timely manner

• Assisting clients on a trading platform

Academic background and employment history:

•  Recent employment history in an IT role  within a large financial institution

•  Between 3-10 years of relevant work history

• Strong client focus

• Ideally currently based in Asia
