Based on site with Medibank in Melbourne, a newly created opportunity currently exists for an experienced recruitment professional to join the team. This role will be responsible for building strong relationships with the Managers across the business to deliver end to end recruitment across a varied portfolio of permanent roles. Largely across IT, with some volume exposure, you will operate at a strategic level with clients, enjoying the opportunity to consult and influence in order to add value and meet business objectives.
As an experienced recruitment consultant from an agency or internal environment, you will possess exceptional end-to-end recruitment knowledge and be able to demonstrate a history of successful client partnership in innovative recruitment practices. You will be intrinsically motivated by achieving client satisfaction and will continuously aspire to deliver exceptional results.
