Onsite Manager (Staffing Company)
Growing Staffing firm located in Kenosha, WI is looking for an experienced Onsite Manager to manage up to 250+ associates in a manufacturing and assembly operation.
Ideal Candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and an extensive background in both staffing/recruiting and high volume, packaging, manufacturing /distribution operations. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required. Candidate must be able to successfully build a team of professionals to assist in the support of our client’s needs. In short, we are looking for a proven leader with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude.
This position will require recruiting, conducting orientations, and interviewing potential candidates. They will be on the production floor assisting associates, coaching, counseling and driving quality and production.
This role will requires flexibility in covering multiple shifts, when required. It also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills with both associates and the client. This is a take charge position that also requires empathy and resourcefulness.
