Onsite Manager-Staffing Industry Job in Elkhart 46516, Indiana US

Employment Plus is GROWING and we are in search of an enthusiastic individual to join our team for the role of Onsite (POP – Partner on Premise) Manager for a valued client in Elkhart, IN.

The core responsibility of the Onsite Manager is to interact heavily at the client location ensuring client staffing needs are met and service levels are exceeded by handling all client questions, concerns, and issues. Will manage a large volume of temporary employees onsite and support the day-to-day functions/operations of a multi-shift facility.


Job Requirements

·         3+ years of supervisory experience (30+ employees) is required.

·         2-5 years of customer service experience is preferred.

·         2-3 years of experience in the temporary employment industry, human resources, recruiting, customer service or account management is preferred.

·         Previous onsite experience is a PLUS!

·         Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends, as needed, to support the client’s requirements.

·         Must be computer literate with high level of proficiency in all Microsoft Applications.
