PRO Unlimited, a global consulting firm supporting contingent workforce management is currently recruiting for the position of Onsite Program Manager. Current estimates are that contingent workforce management is a $1.0 Trillion dollar industry and expected to grow 50% by 2012. This position will be on-site at a client location and focused on quality customer service. PRO Unlimited established the first contingent workforce management program in 1995 and has shown double-digit growth since.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working closely with PRO Global Account Manager and client sponsors to continuously develop program strategy and drive successful delivery of program strategy through sound operational practices. On-site at a client location, and under minimal supervision, the Program Manager is responsible for managing the contracted Scope of Services to the client.

The Program Manager will manage PRO staff considering of hiring, development, day-to-day management, training, professional development and performance reviews. The Program Manager must maintain quality customer service and day-to-day site operations, with a primary focus on meeting and achieving financial goals. Management of PRO’s service: staffing desk, payroll, compliance, business development and supervision and leadership of on-site PRO staff, is the fundamental function of an Onsite Program Manager. Onsite presence working with managers, payrolled workers and preferred staffing agencies. All facets of staffing desk, payroll processing, compliance of contingent workforce as well as the management of direct hire recruitment for the client's non-exempt population. Act as main relationship manager on behalf of the client for all temp and non-exempt vendors. Act as escalation point for employee relations issues for contingent workers and outsourced workers. Main point of contact on all vendor billing issues - liaise between vendor and billing department to assess issues, develop resolution, follow up to ensure completion. Meeting with end-users to review the scope of program and drive compliance. Present training sessions, industry trends, etc.

Client focused, solutions oriented, with salesmanship skills/biz development ability. Must be able to work independently, utilize critical thinking skills and interface with all levels of organization. MS Office a must with reasonably strong Excel skills to assist in reporting purposes. Should be open and comfortable learning new systems (WAND). Supplier management experience very helpful. Candidate will be expected to compile and deliver training sessions, Quarterly Business Reviews and must be comfortable and clear when presenting. Financial know how a plus.

Candidate will have solid staff development and a history of building a successful teams. Hands-on and flexible. Ability to roll up sleeves when necessary and facilitate the tactical piece while also possessing strategic ability.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8-10 yrs experience Bachelors and or Master degree preferred
  • 3-5 yrs staff management experience
  • 4-5 years Agency/ vendor experience a plus
  • 4-5 yrs recruitment experience a plus
