Onsite Recruiter recruitment
Working on-site at our industry leading client site you will be reporting to the Account Manager and functioning in a team of two. You will be the first point of contact in providing an end to end recruitment service. This will involve providing consultative recruitment advice, discussing new vacancies and outlining the most time and cost effective resourcing strategy for each position.
You will be sourcing candidates externally for approved roles, as well as managing all direct applicants from our direct advertising and feeding back to each candidate in a professional and timely manner. You will also be responsible for the coordination of the recruitment process for internal mobility candidates and employee referrals.
You will be regularly meeting with line managers to promote Resource Solutions as a brand, ensuring you are compliant with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets and keeping abreast of market trends and legislative developments within the industry.
As an Onsite Recruiter you will need to have the ability to build first-class Line Manager relationships, have a strong client focus and ‘can-do’ attitude
You will need to have discretion due to exposure to confidential rate information, excellent interpersonal skills and a sound telephone manner
