An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Corporate Account Division to work on site, with one of our most established business partners on a new recruitment solution. Embedded within the client, you will act as the main point of contact for a specific business area to deliver the contracted service. The role will be responsible for ensuring that an effective and cost efficient service is delivered, and for delivery of a highly professional candidate experience from registration to offer management.
Incorporating the full lifecycle of recruitment you will be responsible for ensuring that an appropriate demand plan exists, executing an appropriate sourcing and attraction strategy and manage vacancies from capture to on - boarding whilst delivering service excellence to the stakeholders
As a Recruitment Partner you will be highly driven, proactive and passionate about delivery excellence. You experience will demonstrate successful recruitment and selection strategies, high volume temporary recruitment management and strong client engagement skills. In order to deliver a best in class service this role will require you to travel and engage with the client on multiple sites across the north of the UK and therefore a driving licence is essential.
