Since 2002, Hudson RPO has been Johnson Johnson's (JJ's) strategic recruitment partner and in 2005, the solution expanded to JJ's pharmaceutical business, Janssen Cilag.
Based onsite with JJ in Sydney, this business critical role will be responsible for working alongside a team of experienced Recruitment Consultants to develop and implement a talent sourcing strategy with a focus on social media. You will identify and engage potential candidates to build talent pipelines at all levels to support the overall recruitment strategy as well as assisting the Consultants in delivery during peak times.
As an experienced recruitment consultant from an agency or internal environment, you will possess a passion for talent sourcing, as well as a desire to build mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. This is a fantastic entry point into an onsite environment which will see you networking with future leaders of the business.
