Our expansion has created an opportunity for a recruiter in Crystal Lake.
Assured Staffing is soon to reopen in Crystal Lake and seeks a recruiter to join our team. The selected candidate will most likely have prior experience, possibly in an industrial or staffing environment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:
* Prior staffing experience
* Inside sales skills
* Outgoing personality
* Professional appearance
* Strong computer abilities (MS Word, etc.)
* Able to input candidate information timely and accurately
* Excellent communication skills (phone, in person, and correspondence)
* The ability to be self motivated and work with little supervision
