Openlab Consultant
Location : Munich, Duesseldorf or Amsterdam
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assisting department manager in developing charter plan of UCC Openlab
2. Responsible for communication/collaboration/negotiation related to UCC Openlab
3. Responsible for planning, hosting and accommodating critical partner/customer visits
4. Responsible for customer requirement management
5. Responsible for planning and execution of developer conference
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree and Above in IT, CT, Computer Science, Education or related subjects
2. 8+ Years' related working experience in IT/CT industry, 4+ Years' working experience in solution/co-operation/open lab management in IT/CT industry
3. Fluent in spoken and written English
4. Self-driven, self-learner and excellent collaborative worker
5. Proven and demonstrated ability in communication with clients and customers
6. Performance even under pressure
7. Flexible with travelling around Europe
8. UCC Related experience from Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft or IBM etc is a plus
