A world leading Commodity Trading house requires a Senior Support Analyst with Openlink experience to support the Gas trading desk in the Front Office.
You will be expected to face off to traders on a daily basis to solve Level 1 and Level 2 production support issues. The main trading platform on the Gas desk is Openlink and as such you will be required to solve technical issues that arise from this. Incident and problem management are also areas that will require focus.
The nature of this role is that it is a technical one and as such the right candidate will be expected to have a good level of experience in Oracle PL/SQL. Openlink knowledge, whether small or large is a mandatory requirement.
