OpenPages SME – Technical Architect recruitment
Leading investment bank requires an experienced Technical A rchitect with expertise in OpenPages and good knowledge of Operational Risk Management.
You will design and deliver technical and strategic solutions to respond to the current and future business needs. Responsibilities will include technical/team leadership to 5 developers.
Must have understanding of OpenPages functionality for risk management and have the ability to be hands-on to change existing reports.
Person Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Technical Architect/Lead Developer for large Data Migration and Business Intelligence solutions: investment banking ideal
- Hands on database/data warehouse development: star schema and Kimball methodology
- SME for all OpenPages business requirements
- Operational Risk functional knowledge
- Ability to lead large Data Migration
- Technical Analysis
- Senior business stakeholder management
- Vendor Management
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Working knowledge of Windows OS and web Servers
- Understanding of the trade life cycle and investment banking products
- Ability to work effectively within a global team
- Technology team leadership
- Experience of managing offshore developers
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc..
Technical Skills:
- OpenPages functional and technical expertise
- Solid Oracle Database knowledge: including stored procedures
- Strong PLSQL development skills
- Hands-on experience writing SQL/Oracle scripts to migrate the data
- Hands-on experience on Cognos ReportNet version 1.1 to change existing/create new reports
- Hands-on experience on Cognos version 8 to create new reports
